Vitamin Packs, Snoqualmie, WA, a leader in personalized nutrition, has hired Brad Schlicht as vice president of operations. Mr. Schlicht brings nearly 15 years of experience to Vitamin Packs as a seasoned operations expert, with proven success growing startup companies from initial concepts to thriving businesses. As vice president of operations, Mr. Schlicht will oversee procurement for all vitamins and supplements with third-party manufacturers, manage inventory, oversee systems implementation and maintain Vitamin Pack’s unique packaging equipment. He will manage operations to ensure seamless product and material flow and equipment efficiency, so customers continue to receive their vitamins and supplements quickly and without interruption.

Mr. Schlicht joins the Vitamin Packs team from Essentia Water, an ionized alkaline water brand. Hired as one of the first employees, Mr. Schlicht was critical to expanding the business with responsibilities including inventory management, raw materials procurement, shipping and receiving, processing, production scheduling and product distribution. He successfully managed purchasing and production operations as Essentia Water experienced aggressive growth in both sales and revenue. Mr. Schlicht started his career in logistics and operations at Organic To Go, where he was one of the first employees and worked as the director of logistics to grow the business, under current Vitamin Packs founder and CEO Jason Brown.
